Active Ingredients

  • Aloe Vera

    A natural ingredient renowned for its soothing effect on skin and reducing itching and irritation.

  • Beewax

    Provides a protective barrier, keeping the skin moisturised for longer. Always ethically sourced and ideal for sensitive skin types.

  • Bisabolol

    Recognised for calming dry, inflamed skin — recommended for eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis.

  • Hawaiian Black Lava Salt (Activated Charcoal)

    A combination of Pacific Ocean sea salt and activated charcoal from coconut shells. This detoxifying blend absorbs 100-200x its weight in dirt and oil, making it effective against odours and sweating.

  • Epsom Salt

    Naturally occurring magnesium sulphate from evaporated lake water. Soaking the feet relieves pain and muscle cramps and can reduce swelling in the tissue.

  • Himalayan Salt

    Salt from dried sea beds from over 200 million years ago. Effective for neutralising the skin pH level and reducing inflammation, it’s packed with important minerals such as magnesium, calcium and potassium.

Calm blend

Combines rosemary and bergamot, which are equally known for their soothing and calming effects on inflamed and irritated skin. The Calm blend also offers analgesic and antispasmodic qualities, which makes it a great option for muscle and joint pains and may be beneficial in managing restless leg syndrome.

Cool blend

A classic foot care combination of menthol and tea tree, which are renowned for their antifungal and antibacterial properties. The Cool blend offers relief for hot, sweaty feet and has a fresh, cooling effect that helps control the environment the foot is exposed to daily and reduces risk of reinfection.

Restore blend

This blend harnesses the powerful antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and anti-fungal qualities of manuka essential oil, extracted straight from the plant. The Restore blend is perfect for conditioning skin that is prone to trauma and injury and can also be beneficial for restoring painful muscles and joints.

FHG foot care for those with sensitive skin types. Fragrance-Free blend products have no essential oils added to them, making them an ideal choice for those with eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis and allergies. Please note: these products are made in a factory that also handles essential oils.
